At String My Racquet we take great pride in our service. If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund.

Please call (888) 390-7176 to discuss your return/exchange and request return authorization number. Send your package, including a brief note explaining the exchange, via a prepaid method with tracking number to ensure a safe and traceable delivery to:

Warranty Policy

Stringing service includes 10-day warranty. Warranty does not include breakage due to normal wear and tear or damaged grommets/grommet holes. String My Racquet does not accept liability for cosmetic or frame breakage during  re-stringing process.  Cracked frames warranty must be requested through the racquet manufacturer.  If a frame is noticeably cracked, the customer will be notified as a courtesy before re-stringing.  Removing stringing service sticker voids warranty.

Return Policy

  • Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
  • All returns must contain return authorization # and a brief note of explanation.
  • Shipping charges will be applied separately to accessories that are not ordered along with racquet stringing service (ex. grips).
  • All exchanges / returns must be made within 10 days from date of shipment.
  • No returns accepted on used merchandize (not including strings).
  • Any used merchandise shipped to String My Racquet will be returned to customer at customer’s expense.
  • Any custom stringing will not be refunded or credited this includes strings provided by customer.
  • All exchanges will incur a reshipping fee of $10 (outside of the local area).
  • Customers are responsible for return-shipping cost if a racquet cannot be restrung due to damaged frame or grommets (outside of the local area).
  • All returned packages must be wrapped properly. All unwrapped returns will be refused.
  • Defective items returned within 10 days from date of shipment are issued a replacement / exchange /credit or refund if a defect is found.
  • In-house Credits must be used prior to expiration date.
  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
